goodbye!
I cannot believe it is time to go.
seniors, I’ll see you at grad.
bethanians, I will miss you all SO much.
God, thank you for your faithfulness to me throughout the past 5 years.
it’s crazy
that my years at Cornell are coming to an end (for now).
as I think back on the many things I’ve learned and experienced, perhaps one of the things I am most thankful to God for is this:
He has written, is writing, and will continue write His words on my heart, molding me into the image of Christ for His glory and my joy.
WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
To God be all glory. Really. He provides. He is good.

At 2:40am this morning our sweet Daisy went to be with Jesus. She was sleeping and in no pain. Christ is with us as the God of all comfort. We are thankful.
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes…
I’ve been following this blog for a while now… maybe a little over a year and a half. I stumbled upon it one day and was encouraged by how the family continued to trust in God amidst such hardship. This girl name Daisy was diagnosed with cancer multiple times. Each time she was diagnosed, she would go through chemo and seemingly be fully healed! But then upon scanning for cancer for a checkup, they found find more tumors.
I was shocked to find out that she died this morning. I cannot believe that after all of the years they fighting, crying, and struggling, she died.
The Merrick family continue on, however. Mourning, but not completely broken. That they rejoice amidst such loss reminds me again that there is only one hope, the second coming of Christ and the resurrection of all those who belong to him. We who trust in Christ shall not die, but live for all eternity.
days like today I want to be with brothers and sisters to pray and praise.
O how worthy is God to be called upon day by day by His people. O how great is His saving hand. O how great is His steadfast love for those who fear Him.
